Thanks Witt!Passed the 1,000 mile mark and soon to be out of Virginia (and West Virginia).Left shin slightly better but no running yet, which would be the only way to set a woman's endurance record.An under 50-day thru-hike is a possibility.Onward to the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers!
